This alliance further strengthens the Group's strategic hold
on the critical raw material for its VSF operations.
AV Nackawic currently produces paper
grade pulp, and upon conversion to dissolving / specialty
grades, would provide the required strategic flexibility to
the Group's VSF operations, by securing dissolving pulp at
an economic cost.
